Hardware requirements for running integration tests are not fully documented.

Contributors running integration tests may be surprised to find that a sketch was uploaded to every Arduino board attached to their computer.

Previously, the full hardware requirements of the integration tests were not documented and no mention was made of what the tests do to all hardware meeting those requirements.
