We need to update bootloader otherwise RTC register settings are lost after reset and OTA is not working.
The issue started from core release 3.3.0 because NICLA_VISION bootloader was built with LSE disabled. The new version 24 enables LSE and apply RTC patch to only enable backup registers from bootloader.
