Vector Store operations failing

when trying to create a vector store or just simply request a list of vector stores I get and error when calling the node

Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'list') or Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'create')

Looking at this now.

@wolli-lenzen This is now fixed. Root cause was that the Vector Store API was moved out of beta status in a recent OpenAI Node SDK release and I hadn't updated my code to reflect that.
