I switched timetemp.py to use OpenWeather's API instead of Dark Sky since their API is deprecated. Get your API Key by making an OpenWeather account, going to your profile, and creating a new API key under the menu "API keys". The OpenWeather API also uses a city name instead of coordinates. This should help resolve issue #35
