This will be important for the report, which I'll change to parse this file in order to prevent doing two different BigQuery calls every day. Generating this file will be the use of the BigQuery call, and the report will parse this file instead.
Additionally fixes some minor formatting by stopping
pre-commitfrom editing whitespace in markdown files - using two spaces at the end of the line is equivalent to a line break, so removing them is sometimes undesirable.
