Update read me with new name build-bundles

The read me still refers to ./build-bundle.py 
Shouldn’t it be ./build-bundles.py now?
 BTW - I ran it and it work fine when I answered "y" to the tag question. I assume that is the way to go if I don't want to create a new tag.
