[BUG] File uploaded using File Manager is not uploaded correctly

Any file uploaded like .img or .zip using File Manager upload option is corrupted

Troubleshooting

• I have examined logs and tried to find the issue
• I have reviewed opened and closed issues
• I have tried restarting the application

The Problem

Image was uploaded in a directory but it was corrupted, tried using zip, zip file uploaded was corrupted too

file /var/www/html/abc.jpg /var/www/html/abc.jpg: ASCII text, with very long lines (65536), with no line terminators

same error for zip file uploaded

How to Reproduce

Go to server, use file manager to go to a path, try uploading any image file, and then try to open it on server, it is corrupted. Same for any zip file uploaded

Uploads get base64 encoded before its sent to the server, but never get decoded, hence the issue. I'll be addressed in a v1.8.x patch version.
