theme_id not stored in prefix options from Asset.find

This issue is directly related to the corresponding one in shopify_api:
Shopify/shopify-api-ruby#14

shopify_python_api and pyactiveresource are such good ports of shopify_api and ActiveResource that they are bug-for-bug compatible on this issue.
