Convert datetime strings to datetime objects

Strings returned by the ShellHub API need to be converted to datetime objects

Yes of course !

I would like the datetime strings stored in ShellHubDevice to be actual python datetime objects and not just strings

I am talking about these ones:

shellhub-python/shellhub/models/device.py

Line 62 in 521a6f2

self.last_seen = device_json["last_seen"]

shellhub-python/shellhub/models/device.py

Line 66 in 521a6f2

self.status_updated_at = device_json["status_updated_at"]

shellhub-python/shellhub/models/device.py

Line 67 in 521a6f2

self.created_at = device_json["created_at"]

All that is needed for this issue is to convert the strings into a nice datetime object and add tests for it :)
