This PR adds the baseline for changing
Flowable

operators to returnSingle

orMaybe
but in case the user wants to go back to the original type viatoFlowable

we switch to a nativelyFlowable
/Observable
operator (macro-fusion).Benchmark comparison (i7 4790, Windows 7 x64, Java 8u102):
No changes were applied to
