An option to always create a summary is desired. #745

What would you like to be added?
Currently, when I interrupt the application with Ctrl+C, I get a prompt asking whether to create a summary, but the default action is to interrupt without doing anything. I want to change the default behavior to always create a summary.
Why is this needed?
Because creating a summary and resuming work based on it on the next launch is very convenient.
