VSCode does not update v2025.2.0 to new version of the extension v2025.4.0 #5292

- I am sure this issue is with the extension itself and does not reproduce in a standalone PowerShell instance.
- I have verified that I am using the latest version of Visual Studio Code and the PowerShell extension.

Summary
Seems VSCode won't install/update to the newly released stable version of this extension.
Maybe it's related to releasing it as v2025.4.0, while v2025.5.0 already existed?
