+1. Abstinence based statistics is not working because current curriculum is focusing on doing the right thing rather than doing on something that works.
+2. Teaching Safe-stats is better to the author and the key to it is to develop grammars of data analysis.
+3. Best grammars are both flexible and constraining.
+4. Teaching programming is also achievable in the first class if the class focusses on immediate pay-offs.
