Twig block name autocomplete

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. wirte {% block %}
2. hit ctrl + space to autocomplete - result: no suggestions
3. remove last space ({% block %}) and hit ctrl + space - result: you have suggestions

What is the expected result?
Suggestions should be displayed without any hacks

What happens instead?
You have to do some hacking to use suggestions.

Can't vote beacuse: "Voting for a resolved issue is not allowed." ;).

fix should be in inside latest phpstorm eap "8.0.2 EAP 139.584, November 27" build, cant get it work there. will check more next weekend...
