API improvment for migration : contextCommits, awardEmojis and stars

For a migration process from gitea to gitlab I needed support for additionnal methods in the lib to be able

• to migrate starred project from users [11.15] feat: stars on projects #791
• to complete commit lists from PR when PR migration was uncomplete, through context Commits [11.15] feat: Context Commits on merge requests #792
• append awardEmojis on issues and PR as well on notes from these [11.15] feat: award emojis on issues #793 and [11.15] feat: award emojis on merge requests #794
