Feature -- Notch

Be able to close the notch if i click any mouse button when its not hovering it.
I just did this for now:
bindin = , mouse:272, exec, $fabricSend 'notch.close_notch()'

This feature was once PR'd, but it broke many other things like dragging items into the pins, dragging kanban notes, etc. It had to be reverted.

Regarding that bindin, the problem with it is that you can't open the notch by clicking. It immediately closes, at least for me.

I've been thinking on a way that could work, but right now I'm focusing on releasing the first version of Ax-Shell's successor, made with Quickshell. When I have the time I'll take a look at this.
