Zephyr HCI UART - What Happens if Host is Down?

Hi,

Let's say we have a Zephyr controller and a Zephyr host. The host configures Bluetooth to be non-connectable and starts advertising.

If the host powers down, what is the expected behavior? Will Zephyr controller continue advertising? If not, is there a way to configure the system in such a way?
