Followers on Tablets tab

1. Select a table with followers on Schema block
2. Go to Tablets tab
   It looks something like this
   

Only one entry is shown for each TabletId, chosen seemingly random - some show followers, some show leaders. I expect to see all of the tablets, both leaders and followers.
