    Parameters

        Filename or file descriptor.

    data: string|Buffer
        Data to write.

    options: Object|string (optional)
        Options. If a string, the value is the encoding.

    options.encoding: string|null (optional)
        Encoding. The encoding option is ignored if the data argument is a
        buffer. Default: 'utf8'.

    options.flag: string (optional)
        Flag. Default: 'w'.

    options.mode: integer (optional)
        Mode. Default: 0o666.

    clbk: Function
        Callback to invoke upon writing data to a file.

    Examples
