CDN Version ahead

Hi,

Not really an issue but an observation, but CDN JS is delivering the version 4.0 as the default and the docs don't reflect the api changes.

Also there's no indication on the CDN files of the file version. I noticed something was wrong when window.ReactRouter.Route was undefined ;)

I don't know if you have any control over that but it would be nice to match the current branch in CDN JS and also indicate in a small comment at top of the file, the version.
