📚 The doc issue

The hyperlink "https://pytorch.org/docs/master/dynamo/troubleshooting.html" is missing, while we can find the link from https://pytorch.org/get-started/pytorch-2.0/.

Suggest a potential alternative/fix

it seems to have been renamed to https://pytorch.org/docs/master/compile/troubleshooting.html

@crcrpar thx for pointing out the new location!
But I will keep this issue open as the hyperlink in get_started page is still wrong.
