Button with method "update" does not work as intended

There is a bug with buttons using "method":"update". The bug is present in your documentation for use of buttons:

The title and traces are supposed to be updated when you press different buttons, but nothing happens (apart from the annotations, they are updated).

The figure is actually updated as expected when I use chrome / safari on my iphone. However, the bug is present on Chrome/ Egde on my computer
