I have workflow heading like this:
Its working as intended i.e. it run when I push commits from my local repository or make any change on the site directly. But it doesn't work when I update repository content by REST API. That is REST API request updates repository content successfully and new commit created that I can pull to my local repository. But in this specific case that workflow doesn't start. In fact it doesn't react to the new commit while should as I think.
Is there something missing or wrong with my setup, or this is a bug?
P.S. Yes, I can add workflow_dispatch event and make appropriate REST API request (i.e. dispatches) and it works, but this is not what I need.
