GitHub Education Pack Application Still Pending After Submitting Valid ID (No Support Option Available)

Hi everyone,

I applied for the GitHub Student Developer Pack quite some time ago, but my application status still shows as pending.

I submitted all the required information correctly, including a valid school ID card, and I even have a paid GitHub subscription that’s working fine. However, the Education Pack hasn’t been approved yet.

I also checked the GitHub Education support page, but it seems they don’t allow opening a support ticket for this type of issue.

Has anyone else experienced the same situation or found a way to get their application reviewed? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Hi @mihaduldev,

The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

In some exceptional cases, the review may take longer, but this is unusual. Unfortunately, since manual reviews aren't provided, you'll have to wait for the Education Team to review it.

In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.
