Copilot pro getting downgrading to copilot free whenever I try to use it

Hi everyone,

I am a student. I have signed up for github copilot and it shows I have github copilot pro but whenever I try to use copilot it downgrades me back to copilot free. I was using it before but after the reverification of my student application I am not able to access the github copilot. I had already opened a ticket with github support. It has been over 5 days and there is no response from github side.

Once benefits become available, you can claim your Copilot PRO offer on this signup link.

To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you.

In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.
