Github copilot certification exam is not coming while requesting for the code it is not coming

Hi everyone,

I have applied for the github education pack and got approved while applying for the github copilot exam coupon code it is not coming please help me to do it i have an internal component for it for my end semester examination

This issue usually happens when the GitHub Copilot Certification platform hasn’t fully synced with your GitHub Education Pack account. Here are a few steps you can try:

Verify Education Pack Approval:
Make sure your Education Pack shows as “Approved” at education.github.com/benefits
. If it’s still “Pending,” the Copilot exam coupon won’t appear.

Use the Same GitHub Account:
Log in to the certification site with the same GitHub account that was approved for the Education Pack. Using a different email (like your personal one) often causes the code not to load.

Clear Cache / Incognito Mode:
Try requesting the exam link in a private/incognito browser window or after clearing cookies — sometimes cached sessions interfere with GitHub authentication.

Wait or Retry Later:
After approval, it can take up to 24–48 hours before the Copilot Certification page recognizes your Education status. Try again after some time.

Contact GitHub Education Support:
If it still doesn’t show up, contact GitHub Education Support
with your GitHub username and a screenshot of your approved Education Pack. They can manually resolve the issue.

This will help you get your Copilot exam access code and avoid missing your internal exam deadline.
