Go to Github suppport then Account then Billing then Copilot. That’s the right path to get a refund or switch plans. If you already sent a ticket, reply to their email to bump it. They’ll fix it. |

Hi everyone,
I'm reaching out because I'm dealing with a really frustrating Copilot billing/support issue and wondering if anyone else has faced something similar.
My situation:
I've already submitted a support ticket, but I wanted to reach out to the community as well for advice or visibility on this issue.

It feels like there should be a more accessible way to fix simple billing mistakes without having to jump through hoops or wait for trials. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
