Allow Review PR on the main PR Conversation page

I am looking at a PR with more than 300 changed files. When I try to change to the Files Changed tab so I can review the PR and leave my coments, my browser simply crashes due to the sheer number of changes that it has to load.

My request is simple, just allow the same Review PR button to show on the main Conversation tab as well as it does on the Changed Files.
