Bug when adding starred repo to list in Android

If I have longer list of star categories than what fits to screen and try to add category for starred repo, scrolling the list is not always working properly in Android mobile app. There are conflicting drag down features, and very often the hiding of list by dragging down takes priority instead of letting me scroll by dragging down the category list to very top first..
