Taking huge time to verify as a student

hi there, it is taking more than a month to verfy me as a student, i am now able to cancel it either or resubmit my duccemt for verify. i am stucked in that situation, what can i do now?? any one have any idea..?

Contact GitHub Education Support directly - Don't wait for the automated process. Email them at education@github.com with:

1. Your application reference number
2. Timeline of your submission (mention it's been 2+ months)
3. Clear statement that you need resolution

After contacting they will be able to resolve your issue.
