Hello, I would like to know how accessibility to the different AI models works, because I only have access to GPT-4.1! I would like to know if there is a usage limit and when the other AI models will become available again? Thank you.

GitHub Copilot offers GPT-4.1, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, and Gemini 1.5 Pro. If you only see GPT-4.1, check settings in your VsCode or IDE to switch models, others are available with a paid plan. Free users: ~50–100 messages/day. Paid plans: near-unlimited completions, 1,000–5,000 chat requests/month. Check usage at github.com/settings/copilot. All models are live (Nov 3, 2025). Update extension, restart VsCode or IDE, or check githubstatus.com if missing. Contact support if needed. I hope this helps.
