support@github.com does not accept mails

I tried to send a mail to support@github.com but I always get the response, that my message was blocked. Stripe was showing this mail address for support. I think it's not working anymore?

Here the error response:

The response from the recipient enterprise administrator was:
The user or domain that you are sending to (or from) has a policy that prohibited the mail that you sent. Please contact your domain administrator for further details. For more information, go to https://support.google.com/a/answer/172179

I didn't wrote something nasty in it. It was polite and neutral and didn't contain sensitive data.

I checked https://support.github.com/contact and there is no section for GitHub Sponsors.

I'm using macOS 26 with Safari. It seems the support page is half in german and english. My mother language is german.

I am having the exact same issues. I have tried 4 browsers on both my mac and iphone and nothing shows.

Apparently, you have to upgrade your account to a paid account for it to show.
