That's a very broad topic! The "basics" really depend on what kind of agent you want to build. But for almost all modern AI projects, the starting point is:

1. Language: Python. This is the standard for virtually all AI and Machine Learning.
2. Core Libraries:
   • Scikit-learn: Best for "classic" AI/ML strategies (like decision trees, clustering, etc.).
   • TensorFlow or PyTorch: Used for "Deep Learning" (neural networks), which you'd need for complex tasks like image recognition or advanced language patterns.
3. Agent Concepts: If you mean an "agent" that acts in an environment (like a game bot), the basic concepts you need are from Reinforcement Learning (RL):
   • Environment: The "world" your agent lives in.
   • State: The agent's current situation.
   • Action: What the agent can do.
   • Reward: The feedback (good or bad) the agent gets for an action.

To get to 85% accuracy, you'll also need a large, clean dataset to train your agent on.
