It's the same for me, the problem is that the documents become illegible, not to mention the inconvenience of having to use the camera. They should add a document upload option, otherwise it's impossible. |

Hi @DJ97320, Make sure to fill in your billing info and GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. Then log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying, because application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated. If you still get rejected, submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC. If you're experiencing the "red triangle" error, submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC. If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select " |

Hi everyone,
Hello,
After several attempts to apply to the program, my applications have only been rejected.
I followed all the instructions (two-factor authentication, similar name in billing information, correct proof , etc.), but my application was rejected a few minutes later.
I am not based in the country of my school, but I am in a completely remote program. When I try to select my school, it correctly find it. So I select that. Next, I provide a certificate of enrollment (see attached) as supporting documents, which states: that I am taking the courses remotely, the current date, the school logo, my full name, and signature.
Then, to prove that I am enrolled in a remote class, I provide a photo of the class group I am part of on Microsoft Teams.
The only problem I can see is that when I take the picture of my documents, they are clear and readable, but when it loads on the platform, they become completely blurry (you can see the before and after in my photos)... I don't know if it's just a display problem or if they become really unreadable ... Do you think that could be it?
Despite everything, my applications are rejected... Can you help me?
I am attaching my supporting documents (Sorry it's in French). Thank you.
