Hi, There’s a red warning symbol under the upload box, even though I successfully attached my dated school ID (which should count as a “Good” proof type). The system even showed a checkmark after uploading, but when I reapply or refresh, it still displays the error screen. I’ve already tried re-uploading different image formats and re-submitting multiple times with no luck. Could someone from the support team please clarify what might be causing this or how I can resolve it? Thanks in advance for the help! |

Hello,
as you can see from image above there is the red warning sign. I attempted to reapply multiple times but i keep getting met with that error screen. I constantly tried reapplying by attaching my student id picture. There was a checkmark. How can this be resolved?
