Keep getting rejected, all information in photo, name matches, includes recent date, what gives?

Hi everyone,

I keep getting rejected for education verification even though I've submitted the same transcript 5 times now, it clearly indicates my name (identical to the name in billing information and user profile), date of issue (September 7, 2025), educational institution, etc. Is there a way I can get this investigated by speaking to someone or escalating? This is an exercise in frustration.
