Hello GitHub Support Team,

My GitHub account appears to be restricted. When I am logged in, I can access my profile and repositories normally, but other users (not logged in as me) receive a 404/blocked page and cannot view my profile or any repositories. This occurs even for public repositories.

I did not receive any clear notice about a violation or restriction. Could you please check whether my account has been flagged or otherwise limited, and remove the restriction if possible? If there is any issue I need to address, please let me know the details and the steps to resolve it.
