Unable to use my GitHub student pack...

Hi everyone,

hi everyone !
, i don't know what happened, i remembered that i've actually applied the student pack before a while ago as a university student, Now, when I try to use the benefits (for example, Azure Cloud or DigitalOcean), I get redirected to a page that looks like I’m not logged in or not verified, even though:, i've the pro badge, but for some reason i can't get into that, hopefully the video will explain a lot :

Has anyone else faced this issue, or does anyone know how I can fix it?

Hi @snowmcat89,

To redeem the Student Developer Pack offers, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you. Even if you are logged into GitHub, you still need to log into GitHub Education. To do so, just click on the "Sign in" button.

Remember that student benefits last for 2 years after which you'll have to re-verify your student status.

In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.

appreciate the help, I did what u said and successfully registered, I'm waiting for approvement from Microsoft azure about my identity so I can get the free 200$, they said it will take up to 24h (as I remember), thank you again ))

It's been a couple of days, my request has been approved but I can't use the benefits now.
