It is a general best practice to have an accessibility link to the accessibility statement in the footer of the webpage.

Accessibility doesn't need to be perfect, but should follow something like https://www.w3.org/WAI/planning/statements/

I'm a fan of the UK's https://www.brand.gov.uk/accessibility-statement

These should include a link perhaps to Accessibility, although that doesn't have the format of an Accessibility Statement.
