I encountered a similar issue to yours. Two days ago, I upgraded my Pro service to Pro+. After completing the process, I discovered that my account had not been upgraded to Pro+, and no charge was deducted from my account. But the worst part is, my original Pro service is gone. It's as if I never purchased the Pro service at all. My Pro service should have been valid through March next year. I've also submitted a support ticket, but I haven't received any response so far. As a user who has been paying for Copilot since 2023, this experience is extremely, extremely poor. I'm deeply, deeply disappointed. This is making me seriously consider switching to Cursor. |

I upgraded my Copilot subscription from Pro to Pro+ weeks ago. Guess what? No refund for the unused Pro period at all. Just took my money and ran.
And the worst part — for the entire last month, the “advanced models” that come with Pro+ didn’t work for me. Totally useless upgrade.
I opened a support ticket TWO WEEKS ago. Still no reply. What kind of service is this?
Feels like GitHub is just charging extra for nothing. Seriously disappointing and frustrating.
Anyone else got the same problem?
