Error Data Abort Pokemon Heart Gols and Soul Silver, plis Help

I'm playing on a New 3DS XL with the latest version of Boot9Strap and also the latest version of Twilight Menu, but after 15 minutes or so, I get a red screen with white letters that says "Error: Data Abort." This is the third ROM I've tried, and it continues like this. I don't use any cheats, and both programs I mentioned are up-to-date. Also, these two games are the only ones that show me an anti-piracy warning before entering. My other Pokémon games don't warn me and work normally (well, actually, besides Pokémon HG, I've only played Pokémon Platinum). I don't know what to do anymore. I'm really looking forward to playing them.

P.S.: Sorry for my poor English. I'm from Mexico and I'm not very good at writing in English, but I am good at translating texts.
