I already verified the student a few months ago, but I want to resubmit it in the GitHub Education billing settings but the button cannot be clicked, what is the problem?

There could be several reason why this happen and here's what you can do:

1. Log out then Log in again
2. There could be some question that you need to fill out your profile to confirm that eligibility.
3. You're are eligible yet
4. Application already in progress
5. website Bug from GitHub side
6. Try with different browser
7. You can also look for a message or warning near the button
8. Check if application period is closed
9. Look for an "Already Started" section (check your dashboard or account for an "In Progress" or "Drafts" section.)
10. Try in incognito mode sometimes browser extension disable this.

I’m currently subscribed to the GitHub Pro plan, but I’m a verified student and would like to fully benefit from the GitHub Education Pack—specifically for unlimited GitHub Copilot premium requests.

While using GitHub Copilot, I’m experiencing limitations on premium request usage, and I suspect this may be due to my current plan settings showing as “GitHub Pro” instead of properly reflecting the Education benefits. I’ve also tried to reapply for the Education plan under billing settings, but the “Start an Application” button is unclickable.

Could you please help confirm whether Education users are supposed to have unrestricted Copilot usage, and if so, guide me on how to ensure my account is properly upgraded or reassigned to reflect the Education Pack benefits?

My friend looks like the image above, while I only look like the image at the beginning, so I'm confused about how to re-register.

If you are verified but still seeing GitHub Pro instead of the Student Developer Pack that could due to your education status didn't fully apply to your copilot access.
If it says "You're already Verified" check if there any link like "View benefits" or "manage access".
Check what plan is active under the copilot for individuals if it shows Pro trial or paid tier it might not have switched yet than.
and Being on the Student pack gives you copilot for free,bu tif you subscribed to pro earlier that may be overriding that.
If still that issue exits just open a ticket with Github education here
