LFS data pack option not available on personal account

Hello, I got a notification this morning stating that I over capped my git lfs storage (1Gb on free account).
I try to purchase a LFS data pack, but I get an error message telling me that I can't on my account.
I've seen similar issues there https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/156455
But it's not clear what I have to do to fix the issue:

• Do I have to go to a pro account to solve this?
• Can my account be switched to the new billing system, people seems to talk about? (account was created in 2011)
  From what I understand, the new billing will charge me based on the lfs space used, but seems the base quota is 10gb, which is plenty enough for me.

i am having the same issue with this ive got a project due in 1 week and we cant push any thing. who on earth thought this was a good idea

The new design of the billing settings seems to be broken. Where are the data pack settings now?

(I already had a data pack subscription, which is not needed now anymore)
