I can not signin to my github (500 Internal error after send 2FA sms)

When I try to login to my github account for first time in another browser it send an sms to my device for 2FA but give me 500 internal error said "We track these errors automatically, but if the problem persists feel free to contact us. In the meantime, try refreshing." and I can not do login. after some refresh it goes with "we send too many sms use your recovery code" that I have lost it.
It also happens when I try to reset password. it sends me the sms but got the same 500 internal page error too.
I really need help cause I can not login to my personal github account right now and it has been about 3 days
what should I do know?

Hey again. can you help me please because no ones answer. I created a second discussion too and try to contact github support but it sounds like no ones there! I can not login and all of my projects are there.

I'm having the exact same problem. I've checked on different desktop and mobile devices, different browsers, with two different ISPs, and on different days, but the problem persists.
Help please...
