Support has not responded to my ticket in 4 weeks

Hello,

My account got suspended without an apparent reason; posted previously with a description of my content here and got no suggestions: https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/150306

I created a support ticket immediately. It has been 4 weeks since and I have not received any answers from the team.

Is this expected/normal? Can my ticket or answer to it be lost? Is there anything I can do at this point? Can I somehow reclaim just my username without any repositories?

Yes, it's safe to close. As a side-note, so far I have left the temporary account as a "ghost" to keep the history within the community chats and any issues I've created.
I also, created a ticket with it, asking if it is possible to transfer 'ownership' of the threads to the reinstated account so that the temporary one is safe to delete as soon as my account got restored, but have not gotten any answers for it so far.
@shinybrightstar Any idea if I should be doing anything about it? (Temp account does not have any public repos, just the discussions. I don't mind keeping it as-is [ei unused], unless GitHub has any issues with it.)
