Starstruck achivement will be lost, if we lose star on repo?

Hello GitHub Community!

I have a question about the Starstruck badge. I understand that the badge is awarded when a repository owner gets 16 stars on a single repo. However, I’m curious—if the star count drops below 16 after earning the badge, does the badge remain, or is it lost?

Also, I’d love your support on my repository goCacheStore. I’m aiming to earn the Starstruck badge, and your stars would mean a lot! Thank you in advance for checking it out and supporting the project!
