Copilot activation failed

I've been using Copilot for a few months now, and never a single error ocurred to me. But recently, i've upgraded to a new computer, and Copilot it's not working. It says that it could not connect to the server and outputs this:

[ERROR] [default] [2022-04-09T19:43:44.379Z] GitHub Copilot could not connect to server. Extension activation failed: "Failed to get copilot token"

Is there a way to fix this? i've tried relogging and reinstalling, deactivating my firewall, but all my efforts were useless. I am using VSCode.
