* Polish up the tutorial document
* Add more color commentary to the API section
* Add color to the createOrUpdateResource method
* Cleanup run commands
* Fix manually running commands
* Fix MemcachedStatus sample formatting
* Fix the Memcached sample to match actual generation
* Use kubectl instead of my alias
* Add step to trigger reconcile using in cluster mode
