donate code/project to nushell organisation?

• we're currently not feature-complete yet, compared to https://github.com/nushell/vscode-nushell-lang
• but we should reach out and see if there's interest in moving/forking this project into the official organisation, and what other changes/responsibilities are in involved
• ideally, we will have achieved the status of "not unmaintainable garbage" prior to doing this

I'm the original author of the vscode extension. Later JT wrote all the ide features. I'm watching this project and I like where it is going. Ping me here or on our nushell Discord when you're ready to talk more.

we'd like to have nuls built into nushell. i'm guessing that probably means a nu-language-server crate in our main repo. we'd like to integrate more fully with nushell so that the language server doesn't have to shell out at all. it just accesses the functions that the --ide flags call. then we see it being run as nu --lsp. the key here is that people don't have to have any separate installs. if they have nushell, they have the language server. we're making this up as we go so who knows how that could change in the future.
