Is clearing BPF table an expensive thing to do at 1HZ

Hi, I am customizing the llc stat tool : /usr/share/bcc/tools/llcstat - instead of printing out the output at the end of the tool, my goal is to print out the output for the delta of every second interval (1HZ).
I naturally want to add the following BPF table clear lines to the python code and execute them after every time the output is printed - once / sec

    ref_count_table.clear()
    miss_count_table.clear()

My question is - by doing this, is it going to have a perf impact on a busy system? - BTW, I am having the tool sample at the default 100HZ and tracking all processes and all 16 CPUs.
